Rob Clegg

Rob Clegg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rob'smost recent position was as the Chief Executive Officer of Klarian Ltd, a role they started in December 2020. In this position, their main responsibilities included investment, growth, finance, operations, and strategy. Prior to their role at Klarian Ltd, Rob served as a Non-Executive Director at Leander Club starting from July 2018. Rob also held the position of Interim Chair at METTRR TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED from July 2019 to December 2020.

From 2015 to 2019, Rob worked at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where they held two senior positions. Rob first served as the Global Head of Assisted Digital/Conversational Banking from August 2018 to February 2019. Following that, they became the Global Head of Staff Digitization, working closely with Group Transformation teams and leading the organization's Staff Digitization Program.

Before their time at HSBC, Rob held various executive roles, such as a Non-Executive Director and CEO at Concep from 2014 to 2018, and a COO position at Ticketscript (formerly Trinity Mobile Ltd) from 2010 to 2011. Rob also founded and served as the CEO of Trinity Mobile Ltd from 2004 to 2010.

Rob began their career at Symbol Technologies in 2003 as a Business Development Manager and later worked at Xtempus as a Business Development professional from 2001 to 2002. Rob started their career as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they worked from 1999 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated their expertise in areas such as leadership, strategy, digital transformation, and business development.

Rob Clegg has an extensive education history. Rob pursued a Bachelor's degree in an undisclosed field at Radley from 1984 to 1989. Afterward, they attended UCL from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Geography. Following this, Rob Clegg attended the University of Oxford from 1993 to 1994 to complete a Diploma in Social Studies. Rob further continued their education at the University of Oxford, where they earned a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Business Studies from 1994 to 1996.

Additionally, outside of their formal education, Rob Clegg obtained the SAFe 4 Agilist Certification from agil8 in November 2018.
