Philly Tan is a co-founder at Dashlabs.ai (YC W21) since July 2020 and has been involved as the Lead System Engineer for the COVID-19 Tech Response Team at the Philippine Red Cross since May 2020. Philly also serves as a Fullstack and DevOps Engineer at Dashboard Philippines, contributing to various projects aimed at improving transparency during quarantine. With experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for CPSC 210 at The University of British Columbia and as an Associate Software Developer at Absolute Software, Philly has a strong foundation in software development. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Commerce from The University of British Columbia, along with previous studies in the International Baccalaureate program.
