François Allain

François Allain has a diverse work experience with a solid background in software engineering and data science. François is currently working at Dashdoc as a Senior Software Engineer since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Little Cigogne as a Software Engineer starting from September 2019.

Before joining Little Cigogne, François held multiple roles at Cainthus, including Director of Engineering from September 2017 to March 2019, and Software Engineer from January 2016 to September 2017.

François also has experience working at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives. François served as a Software Engineer and Data Scientist from October 2014 to April 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a PhD student from January 2011 to July 2014, and as a Bioinformatics R&D Engineer intern from March 2010 to September 2010.

François Allain's education history starts with their enrollment at the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen in 2005. François pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems Architecture and Datamining, which they completed in 2010. In 2010, they further specialized in the field by obtaining a Master's degree in Multimedia Information Processing Systems, with a focus on datamining.

Continuing their academic journey, François Allain pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science at the same institution. François commenced this doctoral program in 2011 and successfully completed it in 2014.
