Peter F. Hoffman

Peter F. Hoffman, C.E.M. LEED AP, is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the Director of Sustainability Energy and Environmental Programs at DASNY since 2025. Previously, they held roles including Senior Analyst at National Grid and Project Manager at NYSERDA, where they managed over 150 projects and played a key role in compliance and program development. Peter’s early career included teaching physics and environmental studies at various schools, along with serving as an adjunct professor at The College of Saint Rose and Maria College. They hold a B.S. in Physics and Adolescent Education from SUNY Oneonta and a Master's Degree in Education from The College of Saint Rose.
