Nirali Trivedi

Nirali Trivedi currently serves as an Associate in Catalytic Philanthropy at Dasra since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nirali gained experience as a Legal Associate at Khaitan & Co, where responsibilities included conducting legal due diligence and drafting commercial contracts, and at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, focusing on capital markets and securities laws, including drafting offer documents for public offerings. Earlier legal experience was gained at BMR Legal Advocates, also in capital markets, where offer documents were drafted and due diligence performed. Nirali holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Mumbai and is pursuing a Graduate Certification in Public Policy, Technology and Policy from The Takshashila Institution, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from Kishinchand Chellaram College. Educational foundations include an International Baccalaureate from B.D. Somani International School and ICSE from Villa Theresa High School.
