Sneha Roy

Sneha Roy is currently serving as Team Lead in Urban Sanitation at Dasra since July 2023, previously holding roles such as Associate and Analyst in the same field. With extensive experience in project management and strategy, Sneha has contributed significantly to collaborative sanitation initiatives in South Asia. Prior to Dasra, Sneha worked as a Knowledge Associate at Illumine Knowledge Resources, focusing on client engagement and large-scale interventions. Sneha's background includes serving as a Project Facilitator for the Tech Mahindra Foundation, where 150 underprivileged youths were trained in employable skills, and conducting research internships at India Power and Tech Mahindra Foundation, among others. Sneha holds a Master's degree in Social Welfare from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lady Brabourne College, with ongoing education in International Affairs and Diplomacy at the Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership.
