Carol Jackson has extensive experience in technical writing and documentation, currently serving as Senior Manager of User Assistance Development for DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Apps at Dassault Systèmes since October 1999, overseeing a team of writers across the US, France, and Holland. Prior to this role, Carol worked as a freelance writer from November 1991 to October 1999, completing significant projects for various organizations, including documentation on trusted operating systems and educational materials for Washington State University. Earlier career positions included senior technical writing roles at Data General, Fujitsu Network Communications, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, and Siemens Manufacturing Co., Inc., where Carol developed documentation for various operating systems and telecommunications equipment.
