Chris DeVries is a seasoned aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in technical consulting and engineering roles. Currently serving as Director of CATIA Technical Consulting at Dassault Systèmes since October 2014, Chris has held various positions within the company, including Senior Technical Executive for High Tech and Technical Executive for Aerospace & Defense. Prior to this, Chris worked at Textron Aviation as a Principal Dimensional Management Engineer and at Spirit AeroSystems in multiple capacities, including Lead Tools and Processes Engineer and Structural Design Engineer for significant aerospace programs such as the Boeing 747-8 and Boeing 787. Chris began a career in aerospace with an internship at Spirit AeroSystems and has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
