Deborah Partouche

Deborah Partouche has 20 years of experience leading global projects in international environments, specializing in HR Digital Transformation and Innovation. Currently, as the M&A HR Integration Leader at Dassault Systèmes, they manage the "people" aspect of corporate transactions and lead a multidisciplinary HR team for effective integration. Previously, Deborah held roles focused on talent acquisition and learning design at leading organizations, including GE and Alstom. They earned their Master’s degrees in International Business from London Metropolitan University and Université Paris Nanterre.
