Jed Crystal is a User Experience Design Manager at Dassault Systèmes, focusing on Solidworks Desktop and Cloud since 2022. They founded Hepper, a modern pet products company, which they led as Creative Director until its sale in 2020. With extensive experience in UX and industrial design, including roles at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University and Gordini USA, Inc., Jed is dedicated to simplifying product design to enhance user experience. Currently, they are also the founder and educator at Sketch to Shelf, where they teach business skills for creative individuals. Jed continues to pursue a Master’s degree from Pratt Institute while holding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont.
