With a robust background in team and customer-focused leadership, Jonathan has demonstrated a remarkable ability to cultivate high-performing teams and deliver innovative solutions within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Their previous roles include a managerial position at Jaguar Land Rover, where they established key service engineering processes, and consultancy positions with major companies like Ford and IBM.
