Kiersten K is a Revenue Enablement Leader at Dassault Systèmes, where they drive sales effectiveness and learning strategies to support multi-million dollar sales goals. With a rich background in organizational development and talent management, Kiersten has held various roles across notable companies, including IBM and Wayfair. They actively participate in initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, exemplified by their involvement in the 2020 Women on Boards steering committee.
