Leon Bao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and consulting within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Sales Director for CHINA Customer Solution Experience T&M (North) at Dassault Systèmes since July 2013, Bao has held various senior leadership roles, including CATIA Senior Sales Director and CHINA Customer Process Experience Senior Director. Prior to this tenure, Bao worked at RTT as a Senior Process Consultant and at Dassault Systèmes in several key positions, including Senior Technical Manager and Technical Account Manager for the FAW group. With a strong foundation in automotive design, holding a Bachelor’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, Bao has demonstrated expertise in PLM solutions, project management, and technical consultancy for both the automotive and aeronautic industries.
