Luis Silva is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in user success management and product engineering. Currently serving as Americas User Success Engineering Manager for both CATIA and DELMIA at Dassault Systèmes since September 2019, Luis has successfully managed over 270 service requests annually, supporting customers with advanced solutions in design and manufacturing processes. Prior to this role, Luis worked at thyssenkrupp from March 2015 to September 2019, starting as a Product Development Engineer and advancing to Product Engineering Group Leader, where responsibilities included leading a team in new product launches and change management.
