Terry Lim

Terry Lim is the Services Director for DELMIA Hub Services Malaysia at Dassault Systèmes, where they have been leading operations since 2019. With over 20 years of experience in ICT, Terry has held various management roles, including overseeing teams of up to 150 people and driving operational excellence. Previous positions include Director roles at Quintiq and multiple leadership roles at Ericsson, where Terry managed significant teams and project delivery across several regions. Terry holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from The University of Western Australia and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
