Anuja Gupta

Anuja Gupta is a data science professional with extensive experience in analytics and strategy. Beginning with an internship at Carhartt, Anuja created a Product review and Sentiment analysis dashboard aimed at enhancing marketing strategies using data scraped through Python. Subsequent roles at FedEx Custom Critical as a Data Science Advisor and at various positions in human resources analytics at Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank further developed expertise in analytics, talent acquisition, and performance management. Anuja has made significant contributions, including presenting a regression model that resulted in substantial cost savings for Kotak Mahindra Bank and developing predictive tools for forecasting attrition risk at HDFC Bank.
