Liz Cacich

Liz Cacich MA has extensive experience in customer success and account management, predominantly within the Latin American and Caribbean markets. From October 2021 to July 2023, Liz served as a Customer Success Manager at Arcserve, overseeing onboarding materials and managing renewals across the region. Prior roles include a Retention Specialist responsible for renewals in LATAM and the Caribbean, along with additional responsibilities in Brazil, and an Account Specialist at Datacard Group, where Liz facilitated sales operations across 25 countries. Early career experiences included bilingual customer service roles at Efunds Corporation, Wings Financial Federal Credit Union, and Mendota Insurance Company. Liz holds a Master of Arts in International Business from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Currently, Liz is a Carrier Success Manager at DAT Freight & Analytics, responsible for managing a substantial book of business.
