Lars Yde Thomassen

Lars Yde Thomassen has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Technical Support Manager at DAT since November 2001, providing technical assistance for CAMO/MCC/Compliance/safety and Part 145, as well as troubleshooting for ATR 42/72 and A320 aircraft. Previously held roles at DAT include Maintenance Manager for Line & Base, overseeing Part 145 maintenance operations and responsible for compliance with national and international regulations. Additional roles include Deputy Maintenance Manager, leading troubleshooting efforts and documentation, along with previous positions as Avionics Engineer focused on maintenance and modifications. Lars founded YDE CONSULTING DK in January 2020 and has held various engineering positions in avionics since 1984. Lars holds a degree as an Electronic Technician and Avionics Engineer under Part 66 B2/C.
