Rasmus Nielsen is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Captain, LTC, and LCC on Airbus A320/321 with DAT (Danish Air Transport) since October 2015, and previously operated ATR 42/72. Additionally, Rasmus has been a pilot, instructor, and examiner for a private owner since April 2015, specializing in parachute operations on the Cessna Caravan 208 with over 4,000 loads flown. Rasmus also held the role of Area Leader for COVID-19 at Falck from November 2020 to March 2022, overseeing the establishment and operation of 15 COVID test centers in Midt/Vestjylland. Prior to this, Rasmus worked as a freelance pilot with Danish AirPhoto, capturing aerial photographs across Denmark from August 2011 to April 2016. Rasmus holds a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR) and has completed studies in aerodynamics, ATPL theory, and high school education focused on mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
