R John Thomas is an experienced management professional with over 40 years in the Design and Construct and Information Technology industries. They have held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at Environmental Energy Australia Pty Ltd and Fleurieu Power Company Pty Ltd, and are currently the Chief Technology Officer at Greenhill Energy. R John co-founded Environmental Energy Australia Pty Ltd and focuses on innovating waste streams into valuable products. They have substantial expertise in governance, compliance, and information security, holding credentials as a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified Information Security Manager. R John earned a PhD in Photochemistry from the University of Adelaide, where they also received a Bachelor of Science with Honours.
