Terry Kozar

Terry Kozar is an experienced engineering and product management professional with extensive leadership in the technology sector. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Data Axle since September 2020, Terry leads remote engineering and QA teams to develop a cloud-native email platform while implementing process improvements and optimizing cloud infrastructure. Previously, at Yesmail from 2017 to 2020, Terry managed local and remote engineering teams, contributing to significant upgrades and migrations of email platforms. Additionally, Terry held roles at Infogroup, where responsibilities included managing product roadmaps and leading engineering efforts for predictive analytics solutions. With a foundational role as Director of Software Engineering at Yesmail from 2007 to 2012, Terry directed multidisciplinary teams to launch email marketing platforms and implemented innovative dev ops practices.
