Kate Mcdowell is the current Content Developer at DATABANK. Prior to their current position, Kate was a Program Specialist at Ivin's House - 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant and a Teacher at Holy Trinity Elementary School. Kate has a passion for helping others and developing content that is both informative and engaging. Kate's experience with developing curriculum and their ability to connect with their students makes their an asset to any team.

Kate Mcdowell has a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology K-12 from Saint Joseph's University, a Certification in Cinematography and Film/Video Production / Screenwriting / Production Design from the Los Angeles Film School, and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Philadelphia University. Kate also has a Study Abroad Scholar certification in Graphic Design from The Glasgow School of Art. In addition, Kate Mcdowell is certified as a HIPAA Privacy Officer, Certified STEM Observer - Dimensions of Success, Certified Trainer - Strengthening Families 10-14, and PA Teaching Certification - Instructional Technology K-12.
