Wouter Neef is currently the Co-Founder of Data Booster, where they focus on enabling data-driven decision making in organizations through customized data fluency programs. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Supply at Fixico, overseeing a network of body repair shops and leading a team of Network Account Managers. Wouter also held the position of Partner Rewards Lead at bol.com, where they celebrated high-performing partners on the e-commerce platform. Wouter Neef has experience in program management at Uber, where they built a personal protective equipment (PPE) sourcing and distribution operation and served as the Head of Driver Quality for EMEA. Wouter also worked at ING in various roles, including as the Center of Expertise Lead in Innovation & Beyond Banking and as a Management Consultant. Wouter Neef began their career as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Groningen and later started their own company, Dot Visuals Webmedia, specializing in mobile content.

Wouter Neef has a diverse education history. Wouter earned a BSc in Business Studies from the University of Groningen in 2009. In 2011, they spent a brief period as a Visiting Scholar in Marketing at Boston College. Wouter later returned to the University of Groningen and completed a Research Master in Economics and Business with a focus on Marketing in 2012.

In 2019, Wouter expanded their knowledge by pursuing Executive Education in Leadership & Strategy through the HBX Live program offered by Harvard Business School Online. Wouter also obtained a Product Management Certificate from Product School in 2021.

Wouter has further enhanced their skills and knowledge through various certifications. These include SQL Basics from Data Booster (2022), as well as multiple certificates in subjects like Python, data retrieving and processing, and programming obtained through Coursera between 2017 and 2018.

In terms of specialized certifications, Wouter has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from UNC Plus Delta (2015), a Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org (2015), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from UNC Plus Delta (2014), and a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG (2012).
