We specialize in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Programmable Automation Controller (PAC), Operator Interface (OI), Human Machine Interface (HMI), Commerical-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or Custom Data Collection/Integration and OPC solutions. In addition, we have extensive experience managing OEM/Equipment Suppliers to ensure your requirements are met and the equipment can easily integrate into your existing plant floor systems.

Our engineers are among the top in the Industrial Automation field and are highly experienced, averaging 25 years of service. Most have worked for other companies before coming to DCS and several have worked for major automation vendors such as Rockwell Automation and ABB. Our team has been a part of projects large and small across the US and overseas.

Our team has worked extensively in the regulated Pharmaceutical Industry. We understand how to control source code, ensure quality practices, and perform offline testing and impact analysis on changes before they hit the production floor. Our experience with the rigorous regulatory environment of the Pharmaceutical Industry translates to success in non regulated industries as the systems provided require shorter startup times and smoother implementations.
