Chris Meldrum serves as the President & CEO of Avicenna Biosciences, Inc. and holds the title of Entrepreneur In Residence at DCVC Bio. With a background in corporate alliances, business strategy, and technology commercialization, Chris has a strong track record of success in the biotechnology and biomedical industries. Prior to their current roles, Chris has held key positions at Alterna Therapeutics, Inc., Pique Therapeutics, Inc., Golden Pine Ventures, Paradigm Genetics, Purdue University, University of Minnesota, BioAnalytic MicroSystems, Inc., and DataChem Laboratories. Chris holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a Biochemistry Emphasis from the University of Utah.
