David Brown

David Brown is a Senior Remedy Architect at Prime Therapeutics, bringing extensive IT experience in large-scale IT Service Management implementations. They possess expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation of IT Service Management applications and ITIL processes. Prior to this role, David worked as a Senior Remedy Consultant at Data Concepts, and held various application development positions at organizations including AT&T Broadband, First Health, and the Federal Reserve Bank, among others. David earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems from the University of Richmond, graduating with a 3.8 GPA.
