David Levine

David Levine is a Lead Software Engineer at DCL since February 2019 and was previously a Technical Consultant at PortSide New York from January 2016 to February 2019. Prior to that, David worked at Thomson Reuters for nearly 24 years, holding various positions including Architect, Manager, and Lead Software Engineer. David played a key role in the development of Red Hook WaterStories project for PortSide New York and led teams in creating solutions for content creation, curation, and publishing at Thomson Reuters. David holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of Pennsylvania.
