David Corning

Director of Human Resources at Data Dimensions

David Corning has had a diverse range of work experience. David started their career as a Front Office Operations Manager at Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., where they oversaw the daily operations of the Front Desk and trained in all resort departments during their college internship. David also served as an Operations Manager, managing over 200 employees and acting as a liaison for batching credit cards for all reservations. Later, they became a Human Resources Manager at the same company, where they oversaw employee relations, updated job requirements, and managed payroll and benefits programs.

In 2014, David worked as a Benefits & Human Resources Administrator at Forward Service Corporation, managing human resource reports, enrolling and terminating employees for various benefit programs, and resolving claim issues. David then joined Comforcare Home Care Services as a Human Resources Manager, and was responsible for HR duties until 2015.

David also has experience as a business owner, having started the AllCor Group in 2013. The AllCor Group provided recruitment services, including reference checks, skills evaluation, and preliminary interviews, as well as serving as an extension of the client's HR department.

Most recently, David worked as the Director of Human Resources at Data Dimensions, where they provided direction and support to the HR team and aligned HR strategies with the company's business needs. David also set and implemented high-quality standards for HR support to team members, managers, and leaders.

David Corning has a diverse education history, with a focus on human resources management and hospitality administration/management. David earned their Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin between 2017 and 2019. Before their bachelor's degree, David pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2013 to 2015. David began their education by completing an Associate of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Madison College between 1999 and 2001.
