J.R. Hidalgo

J.R. Hidalgo began their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at Men's Wearhouse. J.R. then worked their way up to Assistant Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and eventually became a Wardrobe Consultant. J.R. joined AT&T in 2016 as a Sales Consultant before moving on to Tech Service Today LLC in 2017. At Tech Service Today, they worked as a Dispatcher and later as a Jr. Account Manager. In 2018, J.R. joined American Residential Warranty as a Customer Service Administrator and recently started working as a Help Desk Analyst at Data Dimensions in 2021.

J.R. Hidalgo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in IT Management at Southern New Hampshire University from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, in 2017, they obtained a 4-40 License in Insurance from the University of Central Florida. In 2012 to 2014, they pursued General Education in Marketing at the College of Lake County.
