Leanne Gonzalez

Leanne Gonzalez's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as a Compensation Assistant at Alamo Colleges. In 2010, they also started working as a Sr. Human Resources Representative at Pioneer Drilling Company until 2012. From 2013 to 2015, Leanne served as the Director of Human Resources at Magenta LLC. In 2015, they joined Data Dimensions as a Sr. HR Consultant. In this role, they provided directive consultation to management and leadership staff, developed a performance management program, led ergonomic and safety programs, and was responsible for full-cycle recruiting. In 2016, Leanne was promoted to Director of Human Resources at Data Dimensions, and in 2019, they became the VP of the Human Capital Team.

Leanne Gonzalez attended South Adams Jr/Sr High School, although the specific dates of their enrollment and any degrees or fields of study completed are unknown. Following their high school education, from 2007 to 2010, they studied at The University of Texas at San Antonio. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
