Rahul Raj

Rahul Raj is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure management, information security, and technical support. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure Manager at Data Direct Group since July 2019, Rahul has previously held key positions, including Engineer Information Security at IAL SERCO, where responsibilities included designing and implementing Thales e-Security HSMs for major banks in the UAE and Oman. Prior to this, Rahul worked as an IT Engineer at wasl group, focusing on Service Level Management and user support, and as an L2 Engineer at MAF Dalkia Middle East, maintaining IT infrastructure. Rahul began a career at HCL Infosystems Ltd as a System Executive, dealing with network architecture and user accounts. Rahul holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
