With a career spanning over three decades, Ken also serves as an on-air tech media contributor, providing daily tech tips for KTAR and WTOP, and as a technology expert featured on CNN.com. As a public speaker and author of the Computer Q&A newspaper column, Ken shares technology insights widely. Previously, Ken chaired the Marketing & Information Technology Committee for the International Franchise Association, focusing on social media initiatives for franchise brands. Ken's education includes practical experience from the School of Hard Knocks and studies at Tolleson Union High School.
