Catherine Fraser

Catherine Fraser is an accomplished professional in the fields of climate and energy policy, currently serving as a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute since August 2024. As a Senior Climate and Energy Program Associate at Data for Progress since March 2022, Catherine has also held roles including Senior Fellow for Climate Innovation and Project Assistant. Additionally, an Instructional Associate at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy, Catherine assists in teaching Data Visualization. Previous experience includes internships with the White House Council on Environmental Quality, the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and RMI, along with contributions at One Breath Partnership focused on climate, health, and environmental justice. An Environmental Policy graduate from Colby College and a holder of a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown, Catherine has also interned with the National Parks Conservation Association and Oceana.
