Cecilia (she/her/hers) is a Methodology Engineer at Data for Progress. She has worked in data analysis focused on policy evaluation and guiding programmatic decision-making in a variety of government sectors. She holds a degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Maryland, College Park. In her free time, she enjoys biking and drawing.
