MacKenzie Feldman

Food And Sustainability Research Felllow at Data For Progress

Mackenzie Feldman is currently a 2024 Obama Foundation USA Leaders Fellow and serves as the Founder and Project Director of Re:wild Your Campus, an initiative aimed at eliminating pesticide use in schools. Mackenzie is also a member of the Tri-National Agriculture Youth Council Working Group through the North American Agriculture Advisory Network. Previously, Mackenzie held roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and as a Fellow with the Rachel Carson Council. Experience includes research in food and sustainability policy at Data for Progress and contributing to food sovereignty research at the FAO. Mackenzie holds a Master of Science in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Society and Environment from the University of California, Berkeley.
