Shelby Frye

Shelby Frye is currently a Doctoral Student at The Ohio State University, with a strong background in political organizing, community engagement, and academic support. Previous experience includes serving as a Field Organizer for the Ohio Democratic Party, where Shelby coordinated voter education efforts and recruited over 100 volunteers. Shelby also interned for Sara Bitter for a Better Ohio and contributed to various roles at Miami University, including Intergroup Dialogue Co-Facilitator, Student Senator for the College of Arts and Science, and Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Department of Sociology. Academically, Shelby holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Political Science, and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Miami University.
