Laura Bowser

Laura Bowser serves as the Human Capital Consulting Practice Leader and Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors since January 2022, where a focus on delivering superior client results is paramount. Bowser founded and currently leads Vaud Consulting, LLC, starting November 2019, and previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer and President at TMI Consulting Inc. from August 2013 to November 2019, overseeing organizational strategy and executive leadership. Additional experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, and Operations Manager across various organizations, beginning with self-employment in 2012.
