The Software Development team at Data Gear is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the robust and reliable financial crime management solutions that ensure banks and financial service providers comply with local and global regulations. This includes developing features for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other compliance solutions, enhancing data warehousing and business intelligence capabilities, and providing technical support and innovations that contribute to the success of our clients in fraud management.

Software Development

The Application Support team at Data Gear provides critical technical assistance for our Financial Crime Management Solutions. Comprising Application Support Engineers, Junior Application Support / ETL specialists, and an Application Support Manager, this team ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of our installed solutions. They handle troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and resolving any technical issues that arise, thereby ensuring our clients maintain compliance and effective fraud management.

Application Support

The Management Team at Data Gear oversees the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of financial compliance and fraud management solutions. They coordinate between different units, manage software and infrastructure projects, ensure quality control, and oversee compliance reporting.
