Cara Harley has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Cara started their career at H&M as a Sales Assistant, where they worked as part of a team to meet sales targets. Cara then moved on to B/E Aerospace as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, where they supported production lines and participated in continuous improvement projects. Cara later joined Inditex as a Sales Assistant before returning to B/E Aerospace as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they worked with design, manufacturing, and support teams to deliver manufacturing solutions for main cabin aircraft seats.
In 2017, Cara joined WRIGHT EN-DRIVE LIMITED as a Stress Engineer, where they focused on the structural analysis of bus chassis and body using FEA software. Cara Harley completed their education at Queen's University Belfast from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a MEng degree in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.
