JJ Lowell is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Data I/O since January 2025, JJ previously held the position of US Accounting Manager at AGC Biologics, overseeing a team and leading significant improvements in revenue recognition practices compliant with GAAP and IFRS. With prior roles as Senior Revenue and Technical Accountant and Assurance Senior at BDO USA, LLP, JJ demonstrated strong analytical skills and effective communication in various accounting engagements. JJ earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and completed high school at Waunakee High School.
