Robert Leo

Robert Leo has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the food industry. Robert started their career at Canada Bread Fresh, where they worked in quality control, sanitation, and production as a CO-OP and Part-Time employee. Later, they joined Maple Leaf Foods Inc and held positions as a Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager. During their time at Maple Leaf Foods, they gained expertise in implementing systems for scheduling and completing maintenance tasks and ensuring the safety and quality of the bakery products. After Maple Leaf Foods, they joined Wholesome Harvest Baking as a Production Manager, where they managed the production process for making breads and bagels and worked on cost-saving initiatives. Most recently, in 2018, Robert joined Lightlife Foods as a Plant Manager before taking on their current role as the Director of Lettershop Operations at Data-Mail in 2022.

Robert Leo earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Ryerson University in the years 1998 to 2003.
