Sander Stad is a seasoned data platform engineer with extensive experience in managing SQL Server databases and automating processes. Currently serving at Data Masterminds since May 2021, Sander has also contributed to dbatools.io as a PowerShell and SQL Server DBA/Developer since October 2015, streamlining database migrations and promoting best practices in the SQL Server community. Previous roles include database administration and development positions at Waypoint Analytical, Pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering, Eneco, and several other organizations, where Sander demonstrated expertise in high availability implementations, database consolidation, and PowerShell automation. Sander holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Computer Science from De Haagse Hogeschool and has foundational education in IT from Mon3aan Onderwijsgroep and Pallas College.
