Data Maturity Matters addresses the critical challenge facing modern organisations: Predictive and Prescriptive People Analytics and AI enablement projects are failing due to People data quality issues.

Our Mission
Data Maturity Matters was founded to transform how organisations approach people data through academically rigorous standards and collaborative innovation. We believe that the future of workforce intelligence depends on moving beyond subjective opinion and traditional big data mining to embrace transparent, evidence based frameworks.

Our Story
Data Maturity Matters emerged from a strategic collaboration between Lumenai LABS and The Talent Intelligence Community, uniting two pioneering forces in the people analytics landscape. This partnership was born from a shared conviction: that the field of people data needed a robust, standardised approach to measuring and advancing organisational maturity.

What We Do
We establish academically rigorous standards in people data maturity, creating a transparent standards framework toolbox that empowers organisations to make meaningful progress. Our work bridges the gap between theory and practice, providing actionable pathways for organisations at every stage of their data maturity journey.
