Joseph Hempstead is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently a Co-Owner at Data Oasys since October 2019, Joseph previously excelled as a Senior Project Manager at XConnect from May 2015 to October 2019 and held the position of Sr. Project Manager PMP at AT&T from July 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing multiple IT network projects and developing project schedules.
