Michael Ventura is an author, speaker, advisor, and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in empathic leadership and organizational design. They founded and led the strategy and design firm Sub Rosa, collaborating with notable companies like the ACLU, Chanel, and Google to foster empathy in organizational practices. Currently, Ventura serves as an investor at Empirical and holds several advisory board positions while sharing insights as a keynote speaker. Their first book, *Applied Empathy*, was published in 2018 and has been recognized by major institutions, including Princeton University and the United Nations.
