At Data Rights, we believe that individuals should not have to trade their data and autonomy in exchange for basic digital services. We refuse data silos as the Internet’s business model. We challenge powerful players where their actions undermine cybersecurity, the rule of law, and fundamental rights. We aim to empower users and communities to ensure they control how their data is used.

In doing so we have five focus areas.
Our two priorities:
* Dual Use Technology Regulation
* Healthy Digital Economy

Our dormant programmes, while we spread our wings:
* Public Private Partnerships
* Climate Change
* Defend the Defenders

Our means of action to defend, enforce, and advance human rights impacted by digitalisation are strategic litigation, legal solutions design and advocacy.
