Or Tsur has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as an Intelligence Force Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, serving as a Reserve force Major and completing a Signals Intelligence course. Following their military service, they worked as a Students Instructor at Tel Aviv University. Subsequently, they joined EY as an intern in the Department of Professional Practice, where they collected and analyzed market research data and provided guidance on accounting issues to public and private companies. They then moved on to become a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University, assisting in Accounting Basics and Fourth Year Accounting Program courses. Or Tsur then joined Strauss Group Inc. as an Assistant Controller in the Department of Professional Practice and Financial Reporting, providing guidance on accounting issues and developing accounting policies and procedures. They then joined Juul Labs as the Israel & Greece Finance Director, establishing the finance department and providing financial insights and accounting support. Their next role was as VP of Finance at BlazePod before joining the Data Science Group in the same position.

Or Tsur attended Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2014 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree. During this time, they studied Accounting as well as East Asian Studies.
