Dr Ramesh Khare

Dr. Ramesh Khare has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dr Ramesh is currently the Co-founder and COO of DSW | Data Science Wizards, a company specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. DSW provides a platform and solutions for leveraging data through AI and advanced analytics, serving a wide range of global customers. Their flagship platform, 'UnifyAI', aims to streamline the data engineering process, integrate AI capabilities, and enhance operational efficiency for businesses.

Prior to their current role, Dr. Khare held the position of General Manager Information Technology at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd for a remarkable duration of 15 years. In this role, they were responsible for evaluating and aligning technology with business goals, managing the annual budget and resource planning, and leading the business solution group for IT applications projects.

Before joining PNB MetLife, Dr. Khare served as the General Manager at MetLife. Dr Ramesh also gained experience as a Business Analyst (Life Insurance) at DXC Technology and held a position as Supervisor and Internal Audit Assistant at LIC of India.

Dr. Ramesh Khare has a diverse education history with degrees in various fields of study. Dr Ramesh completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Science at Awadhesh Pratap Singh Vishwavidyalaya from 1984 to 1987. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Life Sciences at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1989 to 1990.

Dr. Khare then continued their academic journey by obtaining a Ph.D. in Life Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1987 to 1990. Dr Ramesh further expanded their knowledge by pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law at Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya from 1999 to 2001. Later, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Marketing at Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2000 to 2002.

Additionally, Dr. Khare has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. They include the "FLMI, FIII" certification from LOMA in December 2004, the "PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2018, and the "Associate Digital Insure" certification from The Digital Insurer in January 2021. These certifications demonstrate their dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
