Hatim Dahodwala (حاتم داهودوالا)

Hatim Dahodwala has a diverse work experience in the field of cloud solutions architecture and technical consulting. Hatim started their career at MAQ Software as a Software Engineer, where they developed a reporting platform for sales field users. Hatim then became a Senior Software Engineer and worked on various projects, including developing a Power BI dashboard and a POC for SharePoint online migration. As a Project Lead, Hatim managed a team and implemented a unified cloud-based data platform for a client.

In 2020, Hatim joined Daman Health as a Technical Consultant, where they were involved in end-to-end project ownership and process enhancements. Hatim automated real-time reporting needs of business units and reduced support response time.

In 2022, Hatim joined Data Semantics as a Cloud Solutions Architect. Hatim collaborates with clients to understand their business needs and identifies opportunities to leverage data for decision-making and operational optimization. Hatim brings a wealth of experience in leveraging Azure Data Services to deliver tailored solutions for various industries and domains.

Hatim Dahodwala completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Hatim has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they passed Exam 463: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 from Microsoft. In 2014, they achieved Exam 486: Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications and Exam 461: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014, both from Microsoft. In 2018, they obtained Exam 778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from Microsoft.

Hatim has also been proactive in pursuing online certifications. Hatim completed the Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1 and Part 2 courses from Coursera in 2016. Hatim also completed the Data Warehousing for Business Intelligence Specialization from Coursera in the same year. In 2016, they achieved CS50: Introduction to Computer Science from edX and DAT203x: Data Science and Machine Learning Essentials from edX.

Hatim's more recent certifications include Academy Accreditation - Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals from Databricks, which they obtained in 2022. Hatim also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification in the same year. It is worth mentioning that Hatim has an ongoing certification, "Perform Big Data Engineering on Microsoft Cloud Services" from Microsoft, without specifying the completion month and year.
