Sharon C Simon, PMP® has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sharon began their career as an HR Recruiter at Tagline HR Consulting in 2016, where they filled positions within the organization and developed their own network of suitable candidates. Following this, they worked as a PMO / Project Coordinator at BYJU'S from 2016 to 2018, where they managed projects and coordinated various activities. In 2018, Sharon joined Vector Designs as an Associate Product Manager, responsible for assisting in product management tasks. In 2019, they worked as a Freight Handler at Cargo Assistance and Release Express Ltd (CARE), where they coordinated the movement of freight and maintained records of its handling. Additionally, they served as a Mathematics Tutor at superprof.co.in from 2019 to 2021, providing tutoring services. In 2020, Sharon joined HCL Technologies as an Associate Project Manager/Scrum Master, where they led a team as a Product Owner and assisted in project task development and tracking. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Lotus Interworks as a Project Manager Scrum Master. Sharon led scrum activities, ensuring smooth project transitions. In 2022, Sharon joined Etihad as a Project Manager Scrum Master, where they continued to lead scrum activities and worked with the Agile Release Train. Currently, they are employed at Data Semantics as a Scrum Master, leading the team and overseeing project development and delivery.

Sharon C Simon, PMP®, has a well-rounded education history. Sharon completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management from Alliance University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a PG Diploma in .Net from IIHT Ltd between 2016 and 2017. Sharon also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Engineering obtained from the Federal Institute of Science and Technology (FISAT), Hormis Nagar, Mookannoor. P.O., Angamaly, Ernak, from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Sharon has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they earned their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Sharon also acquired certifications in "Expert Insights on Diversity & Inclusion" and "Using Communication Strategies to Bridge Cultural Divides" from Skillsoft during the same period.

In September 2020, they completed certifications in "Agile Programming & Testing," "Agile Software Development - Scrum," "ITIL® 4 Foundation: General Management Practices," and "Managing Agile Software Development" from Skillsoft. In June 2022, they attained the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in July 2022, they acquired certifications in "Fundamentals of Agile Project Management" and "Fundamentals of Waterfall Project Management" from the Project Management Institute.
